Industrial Structure Evolution Analysis And Optimization Countermeasures Study Of Xinzhou In Shanxi Impoverished Area

Industrial structure is the core and foundation of the economic structure. A country or region's economic development and national income level mainly depend on the industrial structure.lt's a significant issue helpful for developing the national economy rapidly and transform the pattern of economic growth to research evolution regularity of industrial structure, find out the problems and contradictions of the industrial structure, and put forward rational countermeasures to optimize the industrial structure. With the longitudinal development of China's regional industrial division from traditional natural resources to knowledge, technology. For poverty-stricken areas dominated by resource economy, they are becoming lack of competitiveness. Economic development lies in the optimization of the industrial structure. Thus, it's of great significance for realizing the coordinat regional development, change the local industrial economy, and reduce regional gap to accelerate industrial ajustment in the poverty-stricken areas.Based on the research area of Xinzhou, the tipical poverty-stricken area in Shanxi province, the paper first generalizes evolution theory of industrial structure. Second, paper analyzes industrial structure evolution characteristics of Xinzhou from 1978 to2008 by applying industrial relative productivity, industrial structure from shift-share and qualitative analysis and finds out the existed problems.Third, it analyzes the favorable conditions and the adverse conditions of industrial structure optimization. Finally, the paper puts forward the typical industrial structure optimization countermeasures and suggestions for structure status and existing problems of Xinzhou city. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:In the last thirty years, industrial structure fluctuating several times, has formed the patten "tertiary industry,secondary industry,primary industry". That is to say, The tertiary industry-third production shows a trend for development after ups and downs. Secondary industry maintains equilibrium level. The propotion of the primary continues to fall. Secondary industry keeps the leading industry up to now. But the empolyment structure of industry forms the pattern "primary industry,tertiary industry,secondary industry". With the development of economy, employment structure didn't adust according to the changes of industry structure in Xinzhou city. There existed an asymmetry development in industry structure and employment structure and this trend is intensified.Internal structure of three industrial in Xinzhou city is not reasonable because of larger proportion of agriculture and smaller proportion of fishery industry. The secondary industry developed in a extensive way, and depends more on resources.Internal light-heavy industries proportion are of great difference, which caused patten"light industry in small proportion, heavy industry in large proportion." The third industry development lags, internal structure giving first place to traditional service, and modern service industry, logistics, information technology developes in a low level.Generally speaking, the industrial structure in Xinzhou city in a poor way needs increasing optimization adjustments.
