In addition,strengthening the research ofagricultural applied technology, further improving the system of spreadingscience and technology in rural areas, constructing a good information andtechnology base, implementing agriculture-standardization strategy and innovation system, and improving the quality of peasants to promote theadvances of science and technology. Then, supporting the township enterprises,developing the second and third industry of rural areas, accelerating the pace ofurbanization, combining the construction of small cities and townshipenterprises, organizing labor service training and export to transfer the surpluslabor force of rural areas.
