The authors used in papermaking industry of the listed company, the financial data of FCF and EVA, as the important value evaluation index, using the method of entropy reconstruction industry performance evaluation model. By contrast, performance evaluation results from the corporate governance structure, the company management control and business executive process three levels of XiaoFeng industrial company financial and management problems, and puts forward some specific measures and countermeasures.
