| A large number of practices show that enterprises are an important subject to accelerate technological innovation and promote the development of high-tech industries.Innovation is the key to sustainable development of enterprises.As the speed of enterprise development continues to accelerate,enterprises have not yet established a sound and accurate financial performance evaluation system for innovation performance.Therefore,accurately identifying the relevant indicators of financial performance evaluation of enterprise innovation performance,using scientific and objective methods to complete the financial evaluation of innovation performance,and establishing a more complete and intuitive analysis of the financial model of enterprise innovation performance financial evaluation is the first problem to be solved at this stage.The model evaluates the innovation performance of enterprises from a financial perspective,enabling enterprises to explore effective measures to improve the level of innovation based on the evaluation results,so as to achieve the goal of improving the level of innovation of enterprises.Therefore,this paper studies the innovation performance financial evaluation of Qinhuangdao Tianye Tonglian Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,a high-tech enterprise in the professional equipment manufacturing industry.First of all,the paper clarifies the research significance,background and basic ideas,studies the research results at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the shortcomings based on the existing literature on innovation performance and financial evaluation,and introduces the financial evaluation of innovation performance.Related concepts and theories,evaluation methods.Secondly,taking Qinhuangdao Tianye Tonglian Co.,Ltd.,a leading enterprise in the transportation equipment of railway bridge construction in the professional equipment manufacturing industry in China,as the research object,from the innovation status of the company,analyze and select the factors influencing the innovation of the company.Thirdly,through the innovation ability,profitability,operational ability,solvency,and growth ability,the financialperformance evaluation index system of innovation performance was constructed.The data of Tianyetonglian 2009-2017 was used to evaluate the innovation of Tianyetonglian by entropy method.Performance,the comprehensive score was obtained,and the evaluation results were analyzed.Finally,combined with the financial performance evaluation results of innovation performance,the two levels of government and enterprises were taken respectively,and the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the innovation performance of Tianyetonglian were put forward. |
