With in-depth research on corporate social responsibility by acadmiy and concern on the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility by all sectors of society, employee social responsibility as an important part of corporate social responsibility is concerned more and more. Many enterprises realize that the importance of people-oriented management and maintaining the legitimate interests of employees is the corporate responsibility cannot evade, especially in the social background of Law of The People's Republic of China on Employment Contracts and SA8000 (Social Accountability 8000) certification. The hotel as a labor-intensive industry with low employee satisfaction and big mobility has also caused academic and business circles' concern on its employee social responsibility fulfillment.From the perspective of employee satisfaction, this study explored the relationship between hotel employee social responsibility and employee satisfaction and its management situation. On one hand, the relevant literature is overviewed and the conception of hotel employee social responsibility, the constituent elements of employee satisfaction and their relationship are analyzed based on the existing research and relevant theoretical. On the other hand, making the questionnaires of employee social responsibility and employees satisfaction based on the literature study and theoretical analysis, and we found that the employee social responsibility consists of discrimination and punishment, health and safety, freedom of association and negotiation, working hours, forced labor, legal employment, wage and legal benefit, as well as elements satisfaction consist of company value, pay and benefit, working condition, co-workers, rights and responsibilities of job, career development, leadership and job competence. Last but not least, the eights dimensions of employee social responsibility were used to make an empirical test.Below are the results of this study. Firstly, hotel employee social responsibility has a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction; moreover, health and safety, freedom of association and negotiation, forced labor, wage system, discrimination and punishment five aspects impact employee satisfaction significantly. Secondly, the eight dimensions of employee social responsibility have significant positive correlation with elements satisfaction. In addition, there are significant differences of the perception of employee social responsibility management in terms of age, work years, rank and department. Finally, on how to improve the management of employee social responsibility, this paper puts forward the integration system of management philosophy, management practices and monitoring system.
