For a prominent, ever-lasting enterprise, at the time it creates value for customers, it will also concern about its staff value; and at the time it strives to become the most influential business, it will make great effort to become the best employer. In modern people-oriented theory, employee is not only the producers of products and services but the goal. The growth of employee signifies the growth of enterprise. The enjoyment of employee can bring about benefit to the business. In high-speed developed hotel industry, paying close attention to employee has been an extreme important part of strategy management in enterprise. At past, employee satisfaction was the focus keynote in hotel human resources management, and at recently, employee engagement has been a hot point in employee opinion management. In hotel management practices, many international brand hotels have transformed employee satisfaction survey to employee engagement survey. What is the root of these changes? What kinds of dimension should focus on employee opinion survey? Both academy study and hotel practice should on basis of deep thinking of these questions.This thesis uses combined methods of theory and case study. On the base of analyzing related theories and summarize the study present situation, discuss the actuality and the existing problems in hotel employee opinion management. Then analyze the employee opinion management of X Hotel Group, especially the differences between the questionnaire of employee satisfaction survey and the questionnaire of employee engagement survey, and the differences include the dimensions, questions and the results. Then reveal the different value system of employee satisfaction and employee engagement, and put forward the opinion that not only focuses on employee satisfaction but also employee engagement. On the basis of this opinion, use the management square theory for reference, set up employee opinion square. And put the employee opinion management in a scientific model to think.
