In recent years,China's rapid economic development,people's living standards continue to improve,consumption concepts have changed greatly,and the demand for spiritual and cultural life has become increasingly high.On the premise that tourism has become an important way of enriching people's spiritual and cultural life,the hotel industry as an indispensable factor of tourism has also achieved rapid development.As the number of hotels increases,so does the number of competitors.Hotel is a simple service industry based on many staff members and complex feelings.Human resource management is the most important part of hotel management,and employee satisfaction is important in human resource management too.The attitude and behavior of employees determine whether they can provide personalized and intimate services.High employee satisfaction,high work enthusiasm and work efficiency will be improved.It directly decides whether they can provide personalized and intimate services.The service quality of the hotel is the key to its competitive advantage.This article takes Harbin Hilton Huanpeng Hotel as an empirical research researcher,starting from the importance of employee satisfaction in Hotel management,so as to find out the problems in the reality of hotel human resources management.Then it analyses the problems existing in hotel human resource management,and then according to the actual situation of the hotel and the analysis of the reasons for the problems,it puts forward the necessity of employee satisfaction survey,and through the way of sending out questionnaires to investigate the satisfaction of hotel employees.After the survey,the data will be collected and analyzed.Finally,it puts forward measures to improve employee satisfaction.Based on the real situation of Hilton Huanpeng Hotel in Harbin and the management theory,this paper analyses the problems arising from hotel management,conducts employee satisfaction survey in the form of questionnaires,analyses data and strives to find effective solutions,and puts forward countermeasures to improve employee satisfaction in Hotel management,with the aim of providing a good loan for the future of hotel industry in China.
