With the environmental issue becoming increasingly serious,employees play an important role in the environmental protection of enterprises.Employees' green behavior refers to the employees' individual behaviors which are committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly development,and can improve the environmental performance of the organization.Therefore it is an important topic worthing studying.Employee involvement and participation means that the company gives employees more participation rights,and employees have opportunities to participate in the decision-making process at all levels of the enterprise.This covers the interaction between management and employees,also covers the way that integrates management systems.Employee involvement and participation is the main way to optimize the atmosphere of labor relations.It is closely related to employees' green behavior.How to stimulate and strengthen employees' green behavior through employee involvement and participation has both theoretical and practical significance.This paper mainly studies the influence mechanism of employee involvement and participation in the employees' green behavior,aiming to help enterprises optimize organizational management methods,motivate employees' environmental awareness,and effectively promote employees' green behavior.This paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant theoretical literatures in this field,and designs questionnaires to consider organizational identity and job alienation as mediators to study the impact of employee involvement and participation on employees' green behavior.First of all,this paper proposes seven relevant hypotheses,then designs and collates the questionnaires with reference to the mature measurement scales at domestic and abroad studies.Secondly,the reliability analysis and validity analysis of the data results are carried out using SPSS23.0 software after the questionnaire survey of enterprise employees.Finally,relevant analysis,regression analysis and intermediary test are carried out on the survey samples.The seven hypotheses of the paper are tested and the relevant conclusions are drawn.The results show that high-level employee involvement and participation helps to form high-quality employees' green behavior,and the lack of employee participation mechanism is not conducive to improve the level of employees' green behavior.Employee involvement and participation has a positive impact on employees' green behavior through two intermediary variables:organizational identity and job alienation.In order to improve the level of employees'green behavior,this paper suggests that managers should improve the level of employee involvement and participation,give employees more employment security,improve the interaction between employees and organizations,enhance the sense of organizational identity,and reduce the sense of alienation of employees.And enterprises should improve the environmental protection system to stimulate and strengthen employees' green behavior.
