As the core of the current competitive capital, human capital affect the development of enterprises. The affect of human capital depends on the effectiveness of the enterprise and the formation and protection of human capital stock, many enterprises realize the importance of human capital investment, however, because the concrete methods and the strategy, the investment income come out in big difference, so the research about the relation between human capital investment and human capital stock has a great influence in carrying out scientific and reasonable human capital investment activities and decreasing the cost.
