In recent years, With economic globalization and the rapid development of the China economy, Chinese logistics industry develops very fast and a lot of logistics enterprises emerge, and plays an important role in market economy and social development. Nowadays, People are getting awareness of the service quality of the logistics industry. While these enterprises swarming into this industry, the competence is becoming more and more stormy. It is very difficult to achieve service excellence by shrinking margins and tight budgets. Service quality has become the initial factor of The Third-Party Logistics enterprises for obtain in competitive advantage. But if the Third-Party Logistics enterprises can't evaluate their service quality, there can be no improvement to speak of, so it's an important and heated problem to study Third-Party Logistics'service quality currently.The research before is mainly about the evaluation rsearch that aims at the logistics performances. In this paper, I read through the documents and get an overview of the present studies on logistics'service quality in home and abroad. Firstly, I set up logistics service quality evaluation index system from the view of clients on the base of the analysis of elements of the quality valuation system and the research results in home and abroad, combined with the view of logistics specialist and the features of the Third-Party Logistics enterprises into account. Secondly, as the evaluation index system of service quality of the Third-Party logistics enterprises are complicated and qualitative, so I design a evaluation model which based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to evaluate the service quality of Third-Party Logistics enterprises. Thirdly, I select A logisties company as the object of evaluation for examining feasibility and scientificity of the model and method put forward in this paper, analyze evaluation result and raise an improved proposal.The research in the article would help logistics enterprises enhance service quality and offer a way of judging logistics'service quality. Accordingly it makes the paper have the practical significance and application value to some extent.
