Research On Planning And Design Of Cartoon Industry Park In Harbin

Animation industry, a new developing creative industry, is paid more attention by the society in 21st century. According to the statistical data, there had been 20 national animation industrial bases that were built until the end of 2008, and more than 30 national animation industrial bases are being planned and built at present. The expanding speed of Animation industry becomes much faster than before. How to make the animation industry have distinct characteristic of our time becomes every city's target by dint of their strengths and characteristics, so it is very important and necessary to research and discuss the animation industry.The paper summarizes the animation industrial bases' composing of function and characteristic through summing up the animation industrial trend of clustering development and transnational management, and comparing with traditional industrial park and hi-tech industrial park by researching the construction and development of domestic and international animation industry. The paper which combines with theories analyses the actuality and influence factors of Harbin animation industrial base, and proposes five planning principles and three planning concepts by analyzing domestic cases. At last, the paper studies on the several important aspects that is composed of comprehensive arrangement, functional structure, exterior space, architecture image, roads system, environmental landscape and so on, and then proposes countermeasures of Harbin animation industrial base planning and design so as to give theoretical guide and reference to the construction of animation industrial bases and correlative creative industrial bases.
