Research On The Pattern Of Land Intensive Utilization Of Anqing Cityyangtze Bridge Development Zone

Development zone has become a very important factor of driving economic development, and its development pattern has changed from extensive mode to intensive mode. Currently, the issue of land intensive utilization is attached great attention by every domestic development zone, which is useful to achieve the unity of the maximum utilization of land resources and the economic development. The study on patterns of development zone can guide a rational planning of promoting the development zone, boost its healthy development. It is very important to country's economic.The Yangtze Bridge Development Zone, adhered to the route of intensive use of land, attempt to realize the reasonable and efficient use of land. And it focus on introduce leading industries, promote the formation of industrial chain, accelerate itself into the WanJiang Economic Area. The main works of this paper is as follows:(1) The article studies the research status on the intensive utilization of land and significance in depth in the world, and its basic concepts.(2) Based on the research on this development zone, we analyze every industries'land intensive utilization and value status, study the leading industries'land supplying and using, propose that Leading Industries for the ground mode is the this zone's land intensive utilization mode.(3) We sum up the implementation measures of Leading Industries for the ground mode, and according to its advantage position in WanJiang Economic Area, propose the future development idea of this development zone.This paper defines and analyzes the Leading Industries for the ground mode of Yangtze Bridge Development Zone, and provides strategic suggestions about future development.
