Therefore, to enhance the efficiency of development zone of land utilization, promote the sustainable and intensive use of land, which will has important significance in saving the land of city, raising the capacity of land latent, ensuring the reasonable use of land and the usefulness.The first chapter is the introduction and mainly elaborated the background and significance of this article, domestic and international research profile, basic line and the basic structure of the article; The second chapter describes the basis of this theory, and according to these theories put forward the concept of land intensive and sustainable utilization; the third chapter first introduced the basic situation of the East Lake High-tech Development Zone and compared with the well-known development zone; Chapter4, on the basis of prevnient research,considering the land utilization characteristics of the East Lake High-tech Development Zone,this article establishes the evaluation index system which is most closely related to the East Lake High-tech Development Zone, then make evaluation of the situation of the East Lake High-Tech Development Zone; The fifth chapter got the corresponding recommendations and responses; Chapter six is the conclusion and outlook.Precisely, Wuhan East Lake high-tech development zone was established in1988October, which was approved in1991for the first batch of National High-tech Zone, and approved in2001for the national electronic information industry base, named" Wuhan Optics Valley of china". However,Compared with developed areas, East Lake development zone of land utilization is low, how to improve the efficiency of East Lake development zone of land utilization and Sustainable development of regional will become the issue that the article should study. This thesis will use the qualitative analysis method to analyze the present situation of land utilization of development zone, at the same time, will use the quantitative analysis method to evaluate the level of land intensive use of development zone, then evaluate the land intensive utilization of East Lake High-tech development zone according to the results of the evaluation, put forward the conclusions and suggestions of the development zone of intensive utilization.
