A Research On Land Intensive Utilization In Hengshui Economic Development Zone And The Inspiration To Investment Attraction

With the process of reform push forward continually,the role of Development Zones are more important in China's economic development.For Hengshui is an important node of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development,Hengshui Economic Development Zone ushers in the great benefit of attracting investment.With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,there are fewer and fewer land resources in Hengshui Economic Development Zone.Utilize land intensively and tap the potential of construction land can remit the contradiction between supply and demand of the Development Zone.To evaluate the level of land intensive utilization in Hengshui Economic Development Zone scientifically,this paper selects three aspects as the land use condition,land use benefit and management performance to choose 13 indexes to construct the evaluation index system of land intensive utilization in Hengshui Economic Development Zone to study the land intensive use of 2010 and 2010.And on this basis,through standardizing and weighing the indexes to evaluate the results of land intensive utilization of Hengshui Economic Development Zone.In addition,by establishing obstruction model to find the main obstacle factors that affects the land intensive utilization of Hengshui Economic Development Zone.The results are:(1)The land intensive utilization level of Hengshui Economic Development Zone is high and the development potential is great.(2)The input-output benefit of industrial land and the land use strength are not high enough.It's better to be further improved.After evaluating the land intensive utilization level of Hengshui Economic Development Zone and measuring the obstacle indexes,combined with my work experience,I've come to a revelation.By attracting investment to imprve the level of land intensive utilization: Through investment promotion in industrial chain and Building economy,make Hengshui Economic Development Zone's economy better and improve the input-output benefit of industrial land and the land use strength.
