Founding Closed-loop Supply Chain Management System On Green Vegetables

The safety problem is one of the most important problems in the vegetable industry. The thesis has green vegetables as the research object and puts forward the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system model which aims to accomplish the automatic,intelligent and informational supervision of green vegetable management.It has important application value and practical significance.The research is taken as follows:(1) According to the particular circumstances require of green vegetable production management and taking into account a variety of performance parameters and tag reader performance parameters, the system uses DLC-6890 reader and DK-008 tags, YD-7424 6C(ANT9562) tags and YD-8654 tags which are producted by the Shenzhen Municipal Deli Sen Technology Company.(2) Analyse and design the closed-loop supply chain management system on green vegetable based on RFID.The system has a certain practicality and feasibility by needs analysis and system feasibility analysis. The system uses the Windows XP, programming language uses Visual Basic 6.0 and database development platform uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database management system.Analysis of tag memory contents and coding method to determine the system software components and processes.The thesis creates the communication between system and the reader by RS232 serial interface and checks the system data transmission. The system software uses ADO to achieve the operation of the database and according to the actual situation,it designs the database table.(3) Achieve the closed-loop supply chain management system on green vegetables based on RFID.It is the realization of the main functional modules, including the main form, the system login processes and the window, reading a single label information window, reading multi-tag information window, query multi-label information window, query vegetables checkout information window, reader code window, database module.It introduced write process and the framwork of the closed-loop supply chain management system on green vegetables.
