A Research Of Integrated Closed-loop Supply Chain Management Information Systems Based On A Manufacture Enterprise

With natural resources decrease and environmental deterioration, it is a general increase in environmental awareness. Sustainable development has become the theme of social development. Environmental performance is becoming a key when enter-prises continue to gain market. Closed-loop Supply Chain is receiving much more at-tention from companies, governments and common people due to increasing. An effi-cient closed-loop Supply Chain implementation requires effective information re-sources management with advanced IT and appropriate design of management infor-mation system. However, in the closed-loop supply chain environment, companies must deal with both the dependence of forward process on information and the de-pendence of reverse flown reverse information. For this purpose, this paper, on the basis of manufacturing enterprises, investigates the closed-loop Supply Chain infor-mation integration and management in the information resources management angle.Firstly, we introduce the conception of closed-loop Supply Chain and discuss the key players and activities of the system, and then we analyze the objectives and ne-cessity of closed-loop Supply Chain management information system.In the next place, grounding on the analysis of business process of existing Inte-grated Supply Chain Management Information System (ISCMIS) that manufacturing enterprises play as core enterprise. We analyze characteristics of closed-loop supply chain management and the data flow (DFD).Then, we propose the current problems in ISCMIS and describe the information demand and goals of system.In addition, we propose detailed functional design of key functional modules. Then, Combining the advantages of SOA, we design ICLSCMIS architecture based on SOA.At the end of this paper, we apply the above research to the automotive industry and study the end-of-life vehicles closed-loop supply chain information management.
