With the full opening of China's pharmaceutical retail market and official announcement of the new medical reform plan,the original structure of pharmaceutical retail market has been broken, which sharply intensifies the competition in the market. Large chain pharmacies in the country has been adjusting their business strategy in order to win the competition in the future.This thesis is aimed at finding a clear business strategy through a professional analysis of Nanchang Huang Qingren Stack Huashi large Pharmacy.By analysis of the development of domestic and international retail pharmacies,analysis of macroeconomic environment of this industry,analysis of conditions of the company itself and comparison of a variety of possible strategies, it points out that the company can use differentiated business strategy."Difference" have been given at a special meaning. Difference,which focuses on the market, is the new ideas and new strategies Huang Qingren stack provide for customers in the new competitive environment.Innovation refers to creative changes in the internal operations,which shows the support of the new strategy.Based on this above,Nanchang Huang Qingren Large Pharmacy must further find and promote the connotation of brand culture to implement differentiated brand management.It can implement differerntiated varieties management through self-development of species and introduction of the concept of large health products and diversified business. Also, it can introduce modern service concept to design differerntiated services. At the same time, it may maintain and occupy the status of the network through the improvement of network settings and operation of distinctive business network. It may improve profitability to seek rapid and stable development of the enterprise through innovation of internal management, enforcement of the information system management and reduction of operating cost.
