Research On The Development Coordinately Of Leisure Industry In Rural And Urban Based On Symbiosis

Leisure industry of global developed rapidly in recent years and its proportion of the national economy is growing, leisure industry will become a new growth of the world's economic development, and the human society is entering the era leisure economy. In 2009, the disposable part of income of urban residents reached to $17175 per person, while in rural area there is only $4761 for per person. As the development of rural area far behinds city, the gap between urban and rural is growing and the harmonious development of rural and urban areas is affected. Because of its interactive features of leisure's high comprehensive and relevance, it becomes a link between rural and urban areas and effectively promotes the coordination of rural and urban industries and thereby makes the rural and urban industry with a harmonious environment. The symbiosis, which is an essential requirement to achieve harmony between rural and urban areas, uses the symbiosis theory as a guide and based on China's national conditions to study the coordinated development theory of leisure industry in rural and urban and the status of coordination and the symbiotic mode of the coordinated development of leisure industry in rural and urban, are so important for the harmonious development of rural and urban industries, areas co-ordinate development of urban and rural.The article is mainly composed of six parts.The first part, introduction, discusses the background and significance and summarizes the articles on the leisure and leisure industry research home and foreign and puts forward to the study of the paper route combined with related theories. The second part, studies the relevant theories, including basic theories, symbiosis theory, industrial integration theory, industrial chain theory and the theory of industrial clustering. The third part, studies the coordinated development leisure industry theoretical in rural and urban, discusses the symbiotic development mechanism of leisure industry in rural and urban based on the urban and rural interaction theory and its interactive elements, and puts forward a research framework for leisure industry based on symbiosis, from the micro, meso to macro, then discusses the coordinated development connection of leisure industry in rural and urban. The fourth part, analysis on the coordinated development of China's leisure industry, sums up to the state of leisure industry in rural and urban areas of China, and outlines the symbiotic status quo carried out the micro, meso and macro. The fifth part, symbiotic development model of the coordination of leisure industry in rural and urban, to the symbiotic theory as guidance, combined with relevant theory, puts forward to the symbiotic development models which is based on symbiosis and other relevant theory : the integration of leisure industry, the conceive of leisure industry chain gathering, and then puts forward a route to establish a symbiotic circle of leisure industry in rural and urban, taking the industrial integration as a start, the leisure industrial chain as a link and the leisure cluster as a support to create a symbiotic unit and form the symbiotic support and areas of leisure industry in rural and urban. The sixth part, measures and proposals which promote the coordinated development of leisure industry in rural and urban, combines the theory and practice analysis and is proposed to strengthen the symbiotic sense of leisure businesses from the micro level focusing on rural and urban leisure products with different characteristics and creating leisure leading enterprise; in concept level it proposes to establish a complete industrial policy support system for the coordinated development of industrial systems and support systems; in macro level, it proposes to develop symbiotic development strategies of leisure industry in rural and urban and improves the coordinated development system for urban and rural areas and strengthen the leisure education.
