With the continuous development of market economy, an increasinglycompetitive market. The growth of the traditional electromechanical industryincreasingly weak, low-cost labor advantage is gradually weakening the past,combined with overcapacity, industry credit practices, counterfeiting prevalent lackof independent innovation capability, marketing malicious competition, non-standardproducts disorderly competition, the downstream demand continues to slump, etc.phenomenon, the cable industry is facing reshuffle, restructuring. A large number ofcable companies on the verge of extinction, and even some former has a good marketreputation and market share of the brand is gradually withdraw from the competition,disappeared. After the global economic crisis, the spread of large-scale attacks, theentire industry bottlenecks, so urgently needed to upgrade through the integration ofresources, fight to reverse the situation, out of the woods. How should the cablecompanies in the shuffle, the wave of restructuring firm footing to achieve their owndevelopment? In the low-threshold competitive industry, who started taking morespeed and the ability to lead, who will maximize capture the market share. Thisrequires not only the power of capital, but also requires great ability to integrateresources, which is the key to achieve1+1>2. Meanwhile, through resourceintegration and strategic planning, business in the industry to maintain a competitiveadvantage, but also a long-term stable development of enterprises to the foundation.In this paper, literature research, case studies and standardize research methods,Zhejiang Yuantong Mechanical and Electrical Industry Co., Ltd. as the researchobject, based on the content of the presentation on the integration of resources,focusing on analysis of the industrial chain integration through the integration ofhuman resources and access to business competition background and pathsadvantage. In this paper, through case studies, proposed the development of animportant role in the ability to integrate resources, business transformation andupgrading of the cable and the reference to other growing businesses.
