A Study On Infrastructure Platform Of Science And Technology In China: Current Situation And Some Suggestions

As a significant component, the state infrastructure platform of science and technology is taken to work for the advancement and innovation of the science and technology. The construction of state infrastructure platform in science and technology will accelerate the reasonable disposal and use of science resource, promote the innovation of science and technology thoroughly, and strengthen state's international competence of science and technology, will also offer for the completely social advance and autonomous innovation of science and technology sustain efficiently.This paper has discussed some information about the state infrastructure platform of science and technology, such as the conception, structure, background and process of development. The actuality of the construction of state infrastructure platform in science and technology is the six platforms have got some achievement, which included the laboratory base and large scientific instrument, literatures, science datum and internet, etc. Some problems about the actualities were indicated; many experiences of the international society were summarized. After these, the approaches of ourselves were suggested:first, perfecting the law system; second, establishing the scientific manage system; the third, creating the state committee working toward manage and harmonize; the forth, exerting the function of government rationally; the fifth, establishing professional talents; the last, creating favorable social surrounding.
