The trade between China and Africa developing quickly shows that the Chinese foreign trade policy of multiplex developmental strategy has obtained some certain achievement, and Africa is taken as the important place of that trade policy, so the trade development to reduce the Chinese market risk, maintain the Chinese foreign trade exportation to develop stably, guaranteed the Chinese economy development gaining stable resources and the energy supplies will play a more and more vital role. However, along with the total volume of trade expanding daily, the hugely competitive ability of Chinese exportation commodity and the inexpensive price cause that many import African countries worried about the certain impact on the their industries, so inevitably the trade friction appearing, especially in recent years the trade friction between China and Africa entered the peak. How to realize and solve trade friction between China and Africa have become into the core issue of the trade between China and Africa our country enterprise and government pay attention with.Under this circumstances, to get a better understanding,the history of trade development between China and Africa and the current statues were reviewed based on its historical data; Base on it, the present statues and its characteristics of the trading friction were comprehensively stated, and the causes of the trading friction were discussed from the aspects of industrial structure, the trade, the structure of products and the policy differences; Based on the analysis above, the suggestion to attenuate and eliminate the trade fiction were proposed from three aspect of developing our competitive advantage of industry, strengthening the government the guidance and the coordinated function, perfecting enterprise own development.
