Since China's accession to the World Trade Organization, China-US trade and bilateral investment between the two countries have maintained good momentum, but with the trade volume between China and the growth and development of economic globalization, trade friction between China and the U.S. increased year by year, especially 2008 The financial crisis exacerbated trade frictions between China and the frequency and intensity. To China's economic development to some extent.First part: introduces the papers writing back ground, this thesis has five chapters in all. In the first chapter, the existing theories about international trade friction are analyzed and evaluated. The second part is mainly analyzed the situation, the hot topics and the new features of Sino-U.S. trade fiction in current days. In the third part, the specific reasons of Sino-U.S. trade fiction are analyzed and reviewed; the fourth chapter is introduced to the China-U.S. trade friction and the positive and negative effects. The fifth chapter is the core part of this thesis. This chapter mainly put forward corresponding suggestions according to specific reasons of Sino-U.S. trade fiction. By investigating the deep-seated reasons of the Sino-U.S. trade conflicts in different aspects, this thesis has accordingly put forward many useful measures and suggestions which can help the government and companies to expand the Sino-U.S. bilateral trade, to protect and further promote our own country's continuous and steady development and so on.
