Research On The Recycling Model And Countermeasure Of Appliance Resources

With the development of economic and the progress of society, the production, consumption and the castoff of the household appliances have increased more. At the same time, the scarcity of household appliance resources and the deterioration of the ecological environment and other issues become prominent. This will affect the development of the appliance industry. Therefore, it is a great dream to overleap the obstacle of the resources and the environment, and to achieve the sustainable development of the home appliance industry. In this paper, the purpose of the study is to make comprehensive use of green logistics, reverse logistics and recycling of economic theory, and using systems thinking to make the production, consumption and recycling of the home appliance industry as a whole to build the model of the appliance recycling, to achieve the recycling of household appliance resources and to achieve the harmonious development of the ecological environment and the growth of the household appliance industry economic. Therefore, the significance of theory and society is far-reaching.However, due to the complexity of the household appliance industry, the research on the recycling of household appliance is still facing enormous difficulties. In this study, with referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature about the recycling of appliance resource, I found that, although there are many scholars at home and abroad of household appliances doing research in this area, but most are concentrated in the recycling of waste household appliances, such as:the study of legislative in the recycling of waste household appliances, the study on site of waste appliance recycling, the recycling mode on waste appliances, the study of the reverse logistics in waste appliances. The thought of many scholars about household appliance resources and environmental pollution are confined to the waste household appliances and mistakenly believe that all the waste of resources and environmental pollution is from waste household appliances, as long as doing a good job on the recycling of waste household appliances, household appliance industry can be achieved with sustainable development. In fact, the waste of appliance resources and environmental pollution is not only with the waste appliances, but with the production, consumption and recycling, and other links in the appliance relationship. Therefore, the first difficulty is how to breakthrough the thinking limitations. Secondly, because of the enterprise data and national statistics about the resources and environmental pollution are difficult to obtain, coupled with the analysis method is little; it makes modeling and analysis with a large number of difficulties.However, this study through many efforts and multi-access to the relevant literature has overcome the above-mentioned difficulties, and initially built a model of the recycling on household appliance resources, then gave the resolution after the analysis and simulation. I hope that the enterprises and government and consumers can get enlightenment from this paper. I also pointed out the deficiency of this paper, and hope that can provide the lessons for the follow-up researchers.
