With the rapid development of economy in our country,’The third profit source’-logistics began to be more and more enterprises concerned. And home appliances industry, began to focus on positive logistics which create profit, but overlooked the reverse logistics can produce huge economic benefits, especially the recycling of waste household appliances. On the one hand, with the development of science and technology, living standard gradually improve, people’s purchasing power also increases, the demand for home appliances rising in recent years, the ownership of household appliances showed a rising trend, Meanwhile electrical appliances product life cycles are getting shorter, upgrading is becoming more and more fast, electrical home appliances scrap is on the rise, as a result, produce a large amount of waste, produce the problem such as the pollution of the environment. On the other hand, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, in order to get advantage in the competition, in cost control, product quality, commodity prices and service levels to take effective and reasonable measures. And the management of the implementation of reverse logistics of waste household appliances, can significantly improve the above two aspects, not only can reduce pollution, protect the environment, increase the sense of responsibility, and can save resources, reduce costs, to the home appliance industry in our country going green, stable, efficient and scientific development lay the foundation.In this paper based on the above background, the reverse logistics network construction optimization of waste household appliances in China, for the implementation of the reverse logistics of waste household appliances in China provides a decision-making basis. This article first expounds the theoretical foundation of reverse logistics network and network building decision framework, then analyzed the self-management, joint management and the operation mode of the third party of the three common currently, analysis and compared these three models. Then analysis of the current problems of reverse logistics network and home appliance industry for reverse logistics network construction should do the main work, then using mixed integer programming method, established the reverse logistics network model of waste household appliances; In terms of algorithm, consider to save time and manpower, starting from the operating efficiency of enterprise management, using the greedy algorithm, and finally uses case programming to realize the above process, select the reasonable disassembly centers and other logistics nodes and the traffic between each node, the paper established the model and solving method and steps for the actual construction of reverse logistics network optimization has a certain practical significance.
