Research On The Decision-making Of Discard Household Appliance Reverse Logistics Operating Mode Based On Circular Economy

With the development of technology and the progress of social, the life cycles of household appliances become increasingly shorter, a large number of discard household appliances become a burden on economic social and environmental sustainability. With the deterioration of the global environment, the depletion of natural resources, people’s awareness of environmental protection gradually increased. Reasonable disposal of discard household appliances and giving full play to its value are the focus of each country in recent years. As a big country of household appliances product manufacture and consumption, developing circular economy is the only way for household appliances industry sustainable development in our country. The article based on the theory of circular economy, introducing the concept of reverse logistics to the development of household appliance industry circulation economy, by studying how to choose the reasonable discard household appliances reverse logistics operation mode, hope to providing reference for the implementation of discard appliances reverse logistics in our country.Firstly, the article introduced the research background and significance, and then elaborated the theory of circular economy and the related theory of discard household appliances reverse logistics, and analyzed five kinds of discard household appliances reverse logistics operation mode. Then through analyzing the current situation of discard household appliances reverse logistics in our country, summarized the problem of discard household appliances reverse logistics in our country at present. Then based on the reference of environmental Balanced Scorecard model established the evaluation index system for discard household appliances reverse logistics operation mode. Combining the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, as an example of Hefei Meiling Co., studied how to choose the reasonable discard household appliances reverse logistics operation mode. Finally, the discard household appliances reverse logistics operation related suggestions are put forward.
