The Analysis Of Green Technological Innovation Diffusion Mechanism Based On Eco-Industrial Chain

Green technological innovation is a technological innovation process which based on the fundamental target of achieving sustainable development, using scientific methods to develop advanced Environmental Sound Technology, and to promote the coordinated increase of economic, social and ecological benefits. Green Technology Innovation conform to the ecological requirements of economic laws, has significance for achieving technical, economic, social and of natural sustainable development. But the spillover, uncertainties, and the specialty of green technology innovation led to the lack of power in its spread, the government is needed to provide continuous effective incentive.The article started with the background of topic and significance, first of all, summarized the related research of ecological industrial chain and the green technological diffusion, analyzed the relations of eco-industry and eco-industrial chain, and summed up the domestic and international progress of ecological industries as well as the related research of ecological industrial chain. Besides, the paper concluded the course of development, basic theory and the trends of development as to technological innovation diffusion, as well as the study of green technological diffusion on the basis of the status. Secondly, from the perspective of supply chain management, the paper analyzed the impact of diffusion of two types of green technology in the traditional supply chain, and the formation of eco-industrial chain on chain enterprises. Comparing the change in the profits of green technological before and after diffusion in enterprises respectively, in the conditions of materials suppliers and manufacturers and in different model of waste materials recovery. Finally, the paper divided environmental policy into directive control and market-oriented, based on the analysis of the two types of policy mechanism, the paper introduced the variable of environmental policy to Bass-diffusion model, and studied the impact of environmental policy on the construction of the eco-industrial chain.
