The internal network security is a new, developing business, Ejetsoft is a young small IT company in this industry. Facing opptunity, Ejetsoft want to finish changing from surviving stage to development stage, because there are some problems in this company, which discourages the development of this company.Ejetsoft is a 2 years old, young IT company. All software of this company face internal netwaork security, the market shows a great market potential.Due to lack of systematic development strategy and marketing strategy, there are some problems of management, marketing strategy and human resource. So it is very important realistic significance to establish a scientific,systematic and reasonable marketing strategy to get out of difficult situation of management, and to realize continual, healthy and quickly development.This article take Ejetsoft Company as research object, oriented by modern enterprise strategic management theory, employing multiple management theory as well as social ecosystem and adopting qualitative and quantitative analysis, the probes into the company's development mode and strategy of internal network security.And, the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat of the company are analyzed by using SWOT method. According to current situation and ability of the company and put forward the strategy's guarantee measure. The competitive strategy is selected according to the strategic objectives which have been put forward by using the low-cost provider strategy theories.The study results can be taken as direct guidance for development of ejetsoft, and can be referenced by other IT companies.
