With the continuous outbreak of global cyber space attacks,China's cyber space security threats have become increasingly severe,giving birth to a blue ocean market for cyber security services and bringing new market development opportunities to YM.On the one hand,the successive promulgation and implementation of national security law,cyber security law and other laws and regulations marks that China's cyber security has become a national security strategy,and objectively promotes the vigorous development of domestic cyber security industry.On the other hand,with the in-depth implementation of the national"Internet +",strategy,YM is faced with more severe and fierce competition shocks both inside and outside the industry.It is urgent for the company to grasp the"opportunities"brought by the development of emerging industries such as network security,expand the emerging market of network security,and drive the development and transformation with new businesses.Firstly,this paper analyzes YM's conditions and advantages and disadvantages in network security service business.At the same time,considering the current domestic political,economic,social and technological environment,it is preliminarily concluded that YM faces a good macro environment and development opportunities when entering the network security service market.Second,by the STP,potter five model and SWOT analysis methods,such as YM is studied in detail of the company's marketing network security may subdivide the market demand,competition environment and advantages and disadvantages,it is concluded that YM company should give full play to its as the cloud of basic telecommunication operators,pipes,centralized control of competitive technology and professional and technical personnel reserve,provide Internet safety monitoring protection for group customers,grade protection assessment services such as consulting and risk assessment.Thirdly,through the marketing mix strategy of 7Ps,it designs the service,price,communication and channel strategy of YM company's network security product marketing in detail.Finally,the author emphasizes that YM needs to strengthen the construction and guarantee of organizational service qualification to ensure the legal compliance of YM s network security service marketing to group customers.
