To Explore The Philosophy Of Money Of Geory Simmel In The Marx's View

The late 19th century, Industrial Revelution firstly developed in Britain, which opened up a historical new era in the world. So, Capitalism, as a word, began to enter people's consciousness from scholar's book. Industrial society was a new thing, a kind of newborn force, some quick-witted thinkers began to think it deeply. Karl Marx was one of pioneers. He set Britain an example for his theory, Because modern industry in Britain developed greater than another countries in the world in that times. Marx tried his best to find a road to light for the mankind, by analysing a new social form and gathering a lot of materials. He took political economic criticism of money, in order to revel its contradiction, understand its essence. His creative work laid the foundation of the science of modern sociology which rethinked Mordernism and Capitalism's influence to the public.He invented a new and most important field which analysed the economical structure of capitalist society. This paper only discusses one question of Marx's philosophy-the theory of criticizing money to explore the philosophy of money of Georg Simmel.Money is a part of Capitalism, as a medium. It is not only Economic, but Philosohpy, money has profound philosophy, historical and cultural background. This paper thinks Marx as a pioneer in Modernism theory, his theory has been great influence of later ages. Simmel has extended Marx's criticism into everyday social life and the spiritual world. He has researched on monetary social effects and cultural effects.But, great changes has taken place in the world today, how to treat Marx and Simmel and how to improve their results,which gives us new question.
