To study Marx’s thought of "das Eigentum", this article focuses on its different translations from home and abroad and then finds that many scholars tend to describe "Property", "Ownership", "Ownership System" and the contact among them. To some extent, this scholars draw a conclusion that there is a perspective conversion in the history of Marx’s thought from Ownership in a sense of law to Ownership System, and they tend to accept a two-way logic that from concrete to abstract and from abstract to concrete, so after this conversion they think that Marx applies or demonstrates the thought of "das Eigentum" in the specific facts especially in the specific facts of Capitalism. The overall framework is right, but on the hand, whether the Ownership in a sense of law is entirely eliminated by Ownership System or not after this conversion? The author thinks that there is another conversion from Ownership System to heterogeneous Ownership straight after previous conversion. The heterogeneous Ownership is clarified in the specific facts or capitalist material production. In the capitalist society with generalized commodity category, Commodity Exchange is increasingly generalized. At this very moment and as the premise of exchange, the Ownership of Commodity (one type of Ownership) has undergone new changes and been given attention by Marx. The heterogeneous Ownership is the unity of the Ownership in a sense of law and the realistic Possession. And its specific content is described in Chapter 2.On the other hand, academic members’description of precious conversion is synoptical. This article presents the specific process of this conversion and the next conversion. At the same time, the heterogeneous Ownership is discussed in the whole process. This article is composed of an introduction, a three-chapter Text and a conclusion. The introduction discusses the analysis of research status and research tendency about this topic and points out that the focus of this article is the specific process of the two shift and the connotation of the next conversion. The first chapter describes several issues of "das Eigentum" and focuses on Ownership, Ownership System, Property, the origin of Ownership and the contact among them. The second chapter describes the specific process of the two conversions, the concept of the heterogeneous Ownership, the reason of the two conversions and some concepts within the whole process. The third chapter discusses the main logic and philosophical significance of the conversion. At last, the most important thing to note here is that all research is limited to the scope of Marx’s thought.
