This part will scientific definite the agricultural socialized service system connotation, accurately grasp the basic characteristics, profound understand significance of the agricultural social service system in the development of modern agriculture and building a new countryside, comprehensive analysis the new demands of modern agricultural development for agricultural social service system in the new situation. The third part is analysis of existing supply and demand based on the perspective of farmers in the agricultural social service. This part through practical visits and questionnaire survey method, to farmers as the perspective, from the supply and demand sides, investe and objective analysis around the current status for the agricultural social service system of Heilongjiang Province, focusing on the use of mathematical methods to the systematic analysis of survey data. On this basis, anglicising the structure between supply and demand and its balance, come to the farmer perspective of agricultural social service model of supply and demand situation and expectations in Heilongjiang Province. The fourth part is the agricultural social service system problems in the development in Heilongjiang province. According to the above analysis of this part of the survey results and reflects the main issues, based on qualitative analysis of the needs of households for agricultural social service, pointing the existing problems in the development of agricultural social service system in Heilongjiang Province. The fifth part is experience and enlightenment of foreign agricultural social service system .This part systematic understanding the development status of foreign agricultural social service system, Adopting comparative research methods, comparative anglicising the agricultural social service system of foreign,especially Western developed countries, Summarizing their common features and experiences to look for useful suggestions and reference. The sixth part is the response to improve the Heilongjiang Provincial agricultural social service system.
