Military industrial enterprises are important parts of the state-owned enterprises, military industrial enterprises in the country's socialist construction and national economic development has played a decisive role. But since the 1980s, the contribution of military industrial enterprises to the growth of the national economy is decreasing year by year. The existence of planned management made military industrial enterprises drop behind in the playground of "the military industrial enterprises turning to the civil industrial enterprises". The Intra-Marketization management can make the military industrial enterprises success.As the way to improving the performance of enterprise, the Intra-Marketization management has been adopted in practice, just as Hier, Hangang, Yongmei and so on. For the difference between military industrial enterprises and other enterprises, the inner management has been adopted in practice lagged behind others. There are many problems in the military industrial enterprises of our country, the huge organization, lower efficiency, inflexible, workers feel no enthusiasm for working. The Intra-Marketization management is needed for the development of military industrial enterprises.The military industrial enterprises always own strong technology. In order to promote the patent transform to production value, the scientific, reasonable and integrated Intra-Marketization management is wanted. The Intra-Marketization management is the way to induct marketable manner into enterprises, discard the old unitarian management, put inner marketable management into practice and bring up the inner enterpriser, the inner buyer, the atmosphere of competition. Now the military industrial enterprises of our country have attempt to the inner marketable management. But lacking of theories and practice, there is no unitive and clear cognition, the reformation was tentative. Many military industrial enterprises partition service off simply; others regarded goal and cost management reverse as inner marketable management. These practice had a good effect early days, for lacking of arranging and argumentation, the result was defeated.The early research about Intra-Marketization management locally, for example:research of inner price. As a whole, the overall research of Intra-Marketization management was lack. The purpose of writing this paper is to do systematic research on Intra-Marketization management of military industrial enterprises and their support system of China's military industrial enterprises.This paper compasses six chapters:Chapter One introduces the background, purpose, significance, research ideas and methods.Chapter Two reviews and analyzes previous research results and theories, including the structure of organization, market chain, value chain and so on, which prove the Intra-Marketization management is necessary for military industrial enterprises.Chapter Three intruoduces duplicate produce of military industrial enterprises, the monopoly of the product and the reform was lag. All these are order to show the actuality and problems of military industrial enterprises.Chapter Four based on the practice, to reach the expectation, flat-rization of organization frame, common understanding on organization reform, clear authorization system and standardization implement is important to carry out the Intra-Marketization management model.Chapter Five is case analysis. The purpose is to combine the above theoretical study with practice and compare the military industrial enterprise with other enterprises. Chapter Six sums up the views of this paper, tables the proposal about the Intra-Marketization management of the military industrial enterprise and looks into the further development of the management model.The innovative points of this paper are:first, this paper is to focus on military industrial enterprises, research their Intra-Marketization management especially the method of fixing a price of semi-manufactured goods. Second, we also give a practice model which contain the frame class and the circulate mechanism for the military industrial enterprises. In the end, we investigate cases of a military industrial enterprise so as to make an effect inspection of these theories.
