The Analyst Of The Credit Behaviour Of The Peasants Under Financial Repression

The financial repression exiting widely in rural area at present endows the research of the peasants in rural area significantly reality meaning. In the sense of demand, the research on the credit behavior of the peasants in rural area constitutes the breakthrough point and footing. Most recent papers about rural credit emphasize the difficulty that a peasant lend from banks. But we find a contrary situation according to our analist of the data and our investigation. We surprisingly find that, on one hand, some other peasants desire to obtain the formal credit support from banks, but on the other hand,some peasants contradict or treat the formal credit support with indifference although they have good investment opportunity. Why do the peasants show different modes of behavior on lending? What will it help us to work out the difficulty problem of rural lending?
