Study On The Planning Of Basic Farmland Protect Based On The Agricultural Land Classification

Basic farmland, as the basis for food security in China, directed affects China's economic development and social stability. The essence of the protection of cultivated land, in fact, is the protection of basic farmland, protection of basic farmland is to protect our lifeline, which has important significance for sustainable development for whole Country. Do a good job to basic farmland protection zones delineation work is the key to the protection of basic farmland. At present, there are still many problems in the delineation of basic farmland in China, for example, in specific operations, too much emphasis on the number of pairs of basic farmland quality but spatial distribution is not enough to consider, caused the demarcation of basic farmland out of low quality and distribution of irrational. Therefore, the scientific demarcation of basic farmland has a very important practical significance on the protection of basic farmland.In this paper, after the comprehensive analysis and summary of the research dynamics at home and abroad, we take An Xian in Sichuan Province as the research object, based on the agricultural land classification, take Agricultural land classification results as intermediate data, by selecting indicators which have a major impact on basic farmland as an evaluation system ,and Scientific quantitative each indicator , determine their weight , though Multi-factor weighting method to comprehensive evaluate the quality of farmland in An Xian,then,we sort the total score which be calculated. And then, by the population projection model to predict the total population in 2020, at the same time, to predict food demand. Through establish the Regression of the country Standard food and the index of land use, get the total capacity which can be realized, under the premise of food security in 2020, Priority Select higher scores of farmland into basic farmland, use the current means of advanced Geographic Information System to determine the final number and spatial distribution of basic farmland.
