Research On The Operation Mode Ofagriculture Product Logistics Based On The Virtual Enterprise

China is a large agricultural country. In the recent 30 years, the agriculture mode based on the household contract responsibility system is charactered by small-scale peasant dispersion. The agricultural products logistics has the characteristics of the diversification, the small and comprehensive, confused channels and low information, resulting in the mixture of the business and logistics and environmental pollution. With the sustainable and rapid development of economic and the rising of people's living standard, people are concerning about the nutrition, taste, green and security of agricultural products, which tends to personalized and complicated. The agricultural products logistics companies develop strongly to meet the needs of consumers, which is an important way to implement the sustainable agricultural development, to improve the overall efficiency of agricultural and industry and to perfect the industrial management of agriculture.With the advent of knowledge economy age, the virtual enterprise as a new organizational form can reduce the cost of productions, optimize the structure of organization, and improve the efficiency of production. So it can adapt the trend of economic globalization, the dynamic of market and the diversification of need. Moreover the virtual enterprise can response to the market opportunities of agricultural products fast and flexibly and meet market demands through the information platform and the resources integration of agricultural products logistics.This article analyzes the existing operation mode of agricultural products logistics and the structure of virtual enterprise, researches the issues about the operational modes of agricultural products logistics based on virtual enterprise. This study was supported by the Youth Key Teacher Project of Henan Province. The research focuses on the operation and establishment of small and medium-sized agricultural products logistics virtual enterprises.This article first makes a summary on the research situation about the operational modes of agricultural products logistics existing in the domestic and foreign, then analyses the concept of agricultural products logistics operation mode, the present research situation as well as the exist problems, discusses the conditions and the function of virtual enterprise, analyses the demands, main body and object of agricultural products logistics, also analyses the change of market environment and the virtualization tendency of agricultural products logistics enterprise, constructs the operation mode and establishment mode of virtual enterprise combined with the present situation of agricultural products logistics and the characteristics of virtual enterprise. Then, this article makes an optimized analysis on each phase of the operation mode of agricultural products logistics virtual enterprise and discusses the method to select the partner enterprises, establishes the benefit distribution and incentive mechanism utilizing equilibrium theory. Finally, this article proves the validity and feasibility of this mode through the empirical evidence of Yunong agricultural products logistics virtual enterprises.
