Research About Operational Mode Of Virtual Enterprise

The 21st century is Chinese promising century.In the century,China will recover one ancient civilized country' glory. However, the reforming and developing of the enterprise in China have lots of problems.For instance , for one thing ,the resources of the privately owned enterprise are short and its key competitive power is bad, for another,the system of the state-owned enterprise is rigid and its reforming ideas about the state-owned enterprise put in disorder,etc.How to solve these present problems? The enterprisers and eggheads have proposed a lot of methods,but this text thinks the virtual enterprise is one good way of the reforming and developing of the China' enterprise.If we can adopt it well ,then it will bring the light of hope to China's economy.The virtual enterprise is a kind of brand-new enterprise mode.Its means that the enterprise only keeps a few key abilities and key functions ,and gives the other abilities functions to other organizations or makes one kind of dynamic alliance cooperate.It mainly has two kinds, including the dynamic alliance's mode and the outsourcing mode.I have studied virtual enterprise and the relevant theory knowledge of the operation mode in the first part in the article.I have studied the dynamic alliance's mode deeply in the second part. In the part of the dynamic alliance's mode studied,the text mainly studies the cooperative procedure,including the discernment of the market opportunity, the choice of the partner,the organizing mode among the enterprises,the dynamic alliance system' function and some problems which the alliance should pay attention to while dismissed,etc. Part three has studied the outsourcing mode inculding virtual research and develop ,virtual making and virtual marketing.Some virtual operating modes have very strong practical uses.Finally,make the study of the meanings of the operating modes of virtual enterprise to the privately owned enterprise and the state-owned enterprise. Especially the text has studied the virtual cooperative model drawing the pick of the basket among the dynamic alliance and the outsourcing mode.
