The Analysis Of Virtual Land Import Benefit And Value Substitution In China's Agricultural Products Trade

This paper is based on the results of research conducted by the National Social Science Fund Project,a virtual land import benefit and value substitution analysis(project number: 14BJY223)in China's agricultural product trade.Land resources are the material basis for economic and social development and the mother of wealth.With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,the contradiction between urban construction,agricultural production and ecological construction has gradually intensified,and the shortage of land resources is increasing.In addition,due to the continuous increase in land-use intensity,the quality of land resources is also deteriorating.Therefore,we select the virtual land import in China's agricultural trade as the research theme,and analyze its import benefits and the resulting alternative value.This will provide favorable conditions for China's future economic,ecological,and social construction and an important guarantee for the intensive land development in China.Through the use of literature research methods and the use of comparative advantage theory,factor endowment theory and land ecological-economic benefits theory,this article first describes the current situation of China's land use and agricultural product import trade on the basis of a review of relevant research at home and abroad.Through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the relevant concepts and virtual land content and imports are accounted for,and the United States and Japan's agricultural development,land use,and virtual land import status are described,and horizontal and vertical comparisons are made with China.As well as analyzing China's land quality and quantity,agricultural product demand,international agricultural product supply,foreign exchange reserves,and cross-border agricultural investment,it shows that China has the necessity and feasibility of implementing virtual land imports.Second,by analyzing the land saved by China's virtual land import trade,it is converted into construction land or ecological land,indicating that its economic,ecological,and social benefits are several times that created by agricultural land.Finally,innovatively sum up the value of our country's implementation of the virtual land import strategy,and put forward optimization proposals for the land use structure under the virtual land import trade and the virtual land import strategy.According to the research conclusions,to alleviate the shortage of land resources in China,China should focus on importing land-intensive agricultural products such as soybeans,cotton,peanuts,rapeseed,and potatoes;secondly,Turn some of the saved agricultural land into construction land or ecological land,increase land use efficiency,and create higher economic,ecological and social benefits.At the same time,Through the analysis of China's virtual land import benefits and alternative values,China's land use structure is more rationally planned and adjusted to achieve better allocation of land resources and sustainable economic,social,and ecological development in China.
