Study On The Optimal Design For E-government System Based On Internet Of Jiyuan City

In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet and its huge development potential, it is playing larger and larger role in E-government construction. Building E-government systems based on Internet is becoming the world's trends. At present, China's E-government construction based on Interne has made great progress, but there are also a number of shortcomings. Based on the theoretical knowledge and application of state, this paper designes optimizly E-government system based on Internet of Jiyuan city.First of all, this paper describs some theoretical knowledge about E-government system based on Internet, and studies the service model, security technology and integrated design of E-government based on Internet . Secondly, this paper analies the application status of E-government system based on Internet of Jiyuan city in detail, including the construction status, achieved efficiency and some design problems.Then ,this paper proposes the optimization design for E-government system based on Internet, that is to say that by adding a GIS platform to the original system. on this GIS platform, building an emergency decision-making and command system. Based on E-government network platform, building a video conferencing system. Based on the E-government service platform , designing a exchange and sharing system of information resources .At last, this paper proposes a perfect program, that is to construct mobile E-government system based on multiple terminals and exchange and sharing system of information resources.
