| Recently, Global mobile communication market has been the era of 3G, It is generally thought that Mobile video service will become the killer-application for mobile operators. In China, mobile video hasn't developed well because of delaying of issuing of 3G license, not to mention a clear operation model. However, the author believes that domestic mobile video service must get a big leap in the near future. Therefore, the article aims to give some advices to domestic mobile video service by virtue of analyzing the experiences of global mobile video market.In the first four sections of the article, the author firstly summarizes the current situation of global mobile video market, and then analyzes participators of value chain of mobile video industry and development model on the term of strategic alliance theory, value chain theory and so on. Section 5 is the focus of the article. The author analyzes the business model of mobile video service on the term of business model theory. Section 6 takes a topic research on Mobile TV and predicts the future operation model of Mobile TV. Finally, the author gives some advices on mobile operators how to develop domestic mobile video service. |
