In view of the business model of mobile Internet has become the important part ofcore competitiveness of enterprises, how to combine the specific consumer behavior todesign and innovative business model of mobile Internet, is the enterprise to consolidatethe position, the key to success. Therefore, the mobile Internet consumer behavior,business model and its implementation and evaluation has become the urgent problem.This chapter summarizes the background, purpose and the significance of theresearch, summarizes the current domestic and foreign mobile Internet related researchresults and points out the limitations of the study. Introduces the design method, toinnovative the style and the mobile Internet typical business model; inductive consumeruse of mobile phone online typical behavior and consumer groups for the classification,analysis, the specific business mode to lay a foundation. At the same time, the Internet tomobile phone (mobile phone video) behavior.
