| Knowledge becomes the source of enterprise's sustainable competitive advantage in the 21st century. Knowledge, especially the tacit knowledge is undoubtedly the key to promote the competitiveness of enterprises, and it is also unique resources that are difficult to imitate for competitors. However, tacit knowledge is inseparable from human beings social interaction, which is no exception for state-owned enterprises with constant perfection of the socialist market economy. State-owned enterprises are the dominant force in our national economy, and they make great contribution for Chinese economic construction and social development, but in the process of reform, state-owned enterprises are incompatible with market economy. Therefore, to study the sharing of tacit knowledge in state-owned enterprises becomes a good perspective in order to promote the development of state-owned enterprises.Social network analysis is applied during the research of tacit knowledge sharing. Nevertheless, as social network theory raise human relationships to the scientific height and it is a gradually developed important research method in recent years, there is still much research to be desired on the relationship between tacit knowledge sharing and social networks for state-owned enterprises. This study explores the tacit knowledge sharing of inner state-owned enterprises through empirical research from social network perspective. To begin with, this paper elaborates on theories of tacit knowledge sharing and social network. Then, does an empirical study of large-scale state-owned enterprises, through a questionnaire survey to collect data, draw and analyze with social networks of organizational knowledge-sharing graph. Next, the paper studies on the relationships between tacit knowledge sharing and social networks, using the methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis from social networks of trust networks, emotional network and consulting network in state-owned enterprises. Eventually, this paper draws a conclusion that trust networks, emotional network and consulting network among the social network relationships have positive effects on the tacit knowledge-sharing behavior in state-owned enterprises, in which emotional networks has the most significant impact on tacit knowledge sharing, followed by trust network, while consulting network has the least significant influence. Based on those, the paper proposes suggestions to promote the sharing of tacit knowledge, and to form practical implementations, which has grateful meaning to improve the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises on the background of state-owned enterprise reform and constant perfection of the socialist market economy. |
