The Study Of Urbanization Development Path Of Reservoir Region Of The Three Gorges In Chongqing

Chongqing Three Gorges reservoir area has an important strategic position in balancing development among regions between urban and rural area. In recent years, the problems of fragile ecological environment, Urban-rural dual structure and industrial "hollowing out" became the bottleneck in reservoir area's future development. Urbanization has a promoting effect on improving ecological environment, solving urban-rural dual structure and boosting production in reservoir area.This article reviewed the theories of tradition and modern regional development from the perspective of geography to reconstructe the framework of urban development theory. From the following four aspects,the present situation of the urbanization in Chongqing Three Gorges reservoir area,the urbanization dynamical mechanism,urbanization development model and implementation of the path, the status quo of urbanization, optimization and adjustment,finally,constructs the overall framework of urbanization development in reservoir area.In the chapter of the present situation of urbanization, it analyses the level of urbanization population, spatial differences,city size, scarcity of land resources and the development level of production and living facilities in recent years.The problems of nurturing the social function of urban developed slowly, convergence of urban functions and the ecological degradation of the environment became the main constraint factors in urbanization.It was divided the Chongqing Three Gorges reservoir's 15 districts and counties into four categories in full consideration, used the principal component analysis, and established evaluation model.Chapter of dynamic mechanism of urbanization, focuses on summary of the main driving force, inner dynamics and external force. Agricultural development is the basis; industrial is the direct driving force; tourism will be main industry of the Three Gorges reservoir area in the future;the tourism will promote industries and catering, transportation, financial services and other industries development.The inner dynamics mainly came from the national policies,Chongqing downtown "one-hour economic circle" has an important influence in counterpart supporting, ecological and environmental protection, project and FDI. internal power including the right guide of the government, increased technology, culture, health input, urban agglomeration effects, stimulation of investment.In chapter of urbanization development model, we raised five models,including develop infrastructure in coming years, tourism-led development model, resource-oriented development model,the new industrialization model, and business-led and eco-oriented development model is the main choice in long-term.Chongqing Three Gorges reservoir area urbanization development path requires strengthening the government guidance,improving various systems, implementing of the talent pool strategy, promoting urbanization in informatization and multi-raising capital for construction to achieve the goal.In chapter of urban system,we analysed the city size of reservior area,implict lact of medium cities, city's big first-degree,and studied the spatial layout in reservior area.From four aspects,we optimize and adjust the urban system,establish different functions among cities. In the end, concludes this study, self-evaluates the lack of research in this thesis, proposes the main innovation and the prospect of future research.
