Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area Increasing Farmers' Income Status And Influencing Factors Of Research

Since the30years’ reform and open policy, the agriculture and rural economy inChina has developed to a great extent. Along with the achievement, however, manyproblems have been exposed throughout the development, of which the problem ofthe Increasing Peasants’ Income has attracted wide attention. The problem of theIncreasing Peasants’ Income not only relates to the living level of the farmers and thedevelopment of the agriculture, but also relate to strengthening the key role whichthe agriculture is playing and the healthy and orderly development of the society andthe economy. Thus, to solve the problem of Increasing Peasants’ Income effectivelyhas become the urgent affairs of the economic development.In China’s Not-enough Developed Regions, what is the institution of the problem ofthe Increasing Peasants’ Income, and what are the differences of the influence factorsand solutions in this problem between this kind of regions and other regions. Thisseries of problem has become the urgent affaires to solve in the reality. ChongqingThree Gorges reservoir area is seated in the joint of the Centre and the West of China,which is of significant geographical position. In the meantime, because of thereservoir area’s unique natural eco-environment, more problems in the alreadybackward development of the agriculture have been exposed. In recent years, boththe national and Chongqing regional government have put forward many policies inorder to promote the development of the regional agriculture economy and the ruraldevelopment. This has supplied powerful support to the problem of the IncreasingPeasants’ Income in this region.This article is divided into four parts to study the problem of the Increasing Peasants’Income in Chongqing Three Gorges reservoir area. In the second part of this article,many resources have been gathered to serve as the theoretical principle of the study.Then, based on this part, the third part of this article analyses the real conditions andthe obstacle factors in the problem of the Increasing Peasants’ Income in ChongqingThree Gorges reservoir area, and then analyses the recent10years’ variationtendency and constructional aspect of the Increasing Peasants’ Income in reservoirarea, and then make comparisons between this area and other regions in China. Inthe fourth part of this article, it adopts the method of empirical study to analyze theinfluencing factors in the problem of the Increasing Peasants’ Income in ChongqingThree Gorges reservoir area, and to search the function of each factor. In the fifth part of this article, it makes an introduction of the policies in the problem of theIncreasing Peasants’ Income in some countries and regions, and based on this, it putforward some countermeasures to this problem in this region.
