Evaluation Of The Agricultural Green Development Level In The Three Gorges Reservoir Area Of ??Chongqing And Its Countermeasures

Agricultural green development is the leading mode to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and it is also the only way to develop modern agriculture with Chinese characteristics.However,in the process of green development of China's agriculture,there are some problems,such as agricultural ecological resources are insufficient,agricultural ecological pollution,the quality and competitiveness of agricultural products cannot meet the market demand,low level of agricultural science and technology and management.How to promote the green development of agriculture and how to solve the uncoordinated development of resources and environment has become an urgent problem at this stage.On the basis of in-depth investigation and literature review at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of agricultural green development,and further discusses the necessity and main contents of agricultural green development in the Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir area,Through comprehensive consideration of the use of resources,environmental friendliness,economic efficiency,green production,four aspects,10 quantitative indexes are put forward as the evaluation index system of agricultural green development in the Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area,Based on the relevant agricultural data of 13 districts and counties in the Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir area from 2013 to 2017,this paper calculates the agricultural green development level of each district and county,and makes empirical analysis and comparative analysis on the agricultural green development level of the reservoir area.The evaluation results show that the green development level of agriculture in the Three Gorges Reservoir area is still in the primary stage.The existing problems are :lack of green development concept,lack of talents and technology,lack of capital investment,lack of industrial scale,and imperfect of laws and regulations.Finally,based on the existing problems and evaluation results,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects: first,to promote the construction of laws and regulations and supervision system;second,to increase the investment in agricultural human capital;third,to accelerate the scientific and technological innovation of agricultural green development;fourth,to increase the financial support for agriculture and provide financial support for agriculture;fifth,to promote the development of advantageous industries and create agricultural green brands.
