Resource Allocation Study Of Rural Tourism In The District Of Fuling

Optimizing the allocation of resources is the eternal theme of resource economics. In economics, if the elements of various resources are combinated and allocated for each other, the goal of maximizing efficiency can be achieved.Tourism resources themselves are natural and cultural resources, as well as economic resources. Natural tourism resources and cultural tourism resources related to the use and protection, and the value of connotation is clear. Economic resources related to efficiency and benefits, which mean the realization of the market value. Therefore, the rational allocation of resources is a necessary requirement not only for the sustainable use of rural tourism but also for the economic development and social progress.Fuling District, which located at the southeast edge of the Sichuan Basin, is part of Chongqing s one-hour economic circle. It is in the central of Chongqing, the confluence of Wujiang River and the Yangtze River, the District position at the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. The area s economic develop rapidly. And the rural tourism resources in Fuling District is rich. Their optimal allocation plays an important role in the future development of rural tourism.In this paper, firstly, the basic theory of the allocation of resources, rural tourism resources and other related content are standardized. Secondly, the author does a situation analysis to rural tourism resources and some factors, and then gives three kinds of resource allocation model with the relevant theory. Based on further proposed the allocation of resources in Fuling District, the concept of rural tourism is proposed. Finally, the author puts forward the rural tourism strategy for the allocation of resources and several means.This paper includes three parts:Part I:Theory of the allocation of resources and associated knowledge. On the basis of summing up those that the allocation of resources and rural tourism resources, resource allocation theory and analysis of relevant economic theory, the author proposed allocation of resources for rural tourism, including the definition of the concept of rural tourism resources, configuration and configuration elements of the role and so on.PartⅡ:Rural Tourism Resource Allocation Study of Fuling District. First, the situation of rural tourism resources in Fuling District is known. Second, conditions of their resource allocation is analyzed. Third, in line with Fuling District, a feasibility study with rural tourism model for the allocation of resources is done. Fourthly, according to the above analysis, Fuling District, the concept of rural tourism resources is presented.PartⅢ:Measures of rural tourism resource allocation about Fuling District. For the Fuling District, for the rural tourism resource allocation model and the idea, the author puts forward the corresponding macro-configuration strategy, and the final configuration of the specific ways.It enriches the contents of the Sustainable Development of Rural Tourism that the proposition of concept of rural tourism resources, and extends the allocation of resources and rural tourism areas of application. The rural tourism resource allocation model, configuration, and related strategies and means of the concept for the Fuling District which are posed in this paper draw on ideas for rural tourism development of Fuling. I hope that these will promote the great development of rural tourism in this area.
