Research On The Path Of Balancing Urban And Rural Development Of Fuling District,Chongqing

Chongqing is the only municipality directly under the central government of the Midwest;which accommodates big cities,large countryside as well as the reservoir area,mountain area and minority areas.In the meantime,Chongqing integrates industry and small agriculture.Chongqing constructs its urban soon since crown,but there are some problems too;such as the inharmonious urban-rural dual structure,unbalanced regional development and the huge gap between rich and poor.Some experts believe that,Chongqing owns the typical characteristics of China's economy and society,which can be seen as a microcosm of China's economic and social structure,Chongqing experience can be used as a mirror of the national development.Chongqing,as the national urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area as a whole,is shouldering the exploration of breaking the urban-rural dual structure to promote national mission of urban-rural development,this also objectively requires Fuling as one of the top-ranking strong economic area of Chongqing to carry burdens and take the lead to break.2013,Chongqing put forward the development strategy of the five functional areas,which is "implement the development strategy of development priority zones;guide the districts and counties to compete orderly,develop characteristically." According to the city's five big function zoning,Fuling was classified as urban new development zone,and clearly put forward the overall planning for urban-rural development to accelerate the construction of Fuling ro become "double hundred" of the modern cities,requires Fuling playing a pivot role in city development zone.In the face of the CPC municipal committee and municipal government new positioning,Fuling puts forward the overall train of thought:"three areas in a city,"happy Fuling".To speed up the construction of comprehensive industrial concentration area of Chongqing,the leading area of urban new development zone,regional public service radioactive zone and cosmopolitan of balanced urban and rural development;and to strive to build t"happy Fuling".Under such circumstance,based on the domestic and foreign theory on urban and rural harmonious development progress,concludes and sum up from urban and rural areas as a whole.this paper compares Fuling's urban-rural development level and situation transversely and longitudinally,looks into the current situation of Fuling's urban-rural development,takes SWOT to analyze the advantages and disadvantages in Fuling's urban-rural development,so as to accurately grasp the law to put forward the concrete countermeasures of the development of the balanced urban and rural development,and to promote the construction of urban and rural development as a whole demonstration zone for other counties in chongqing.
