Rural Tourism In The Allocation Of Resources In The Construction Of New Rural Research

Rural tourism has developed for some years in China, and as the advancing of the new village construction, its role in the new village construction has called people's eyes. The coming"rural tourism year"and"harmony tourism between urban and country"puts the development and research of rural tourism into the high rate.This article started from the interactive relationship between the development of China's rural tourism and construction of new village, introduced of the concept of resource allocation, analyzed the resources elements of rural tourism destination, then constructed the model of the development of rural tourism destination based on the transfer of resources, analyzed the internal contradictions of the development of rural tourism destination according to this model, finally proposed countermeasures from a system perspective and the technical level to optimize the allocation of resources to rural tourism destination.This article has six chapters:Chapter I is the introduction of this article. Mainly clears some basic concepts, discusses the research background, significance and methods, research program, as well as domestic and international study of the theory on the basis of this article.Chapter II is the new rural tourism and rural construction. Mainly analysises the development of rural tourism patterns and mode of development, points out interaction relationship between rural tourism and new village construction.Chapter III is the resources allocation and the analysis of rural tourism destination resources elements. Focuses on the resources allocation theory and derives the meaning of allocation of resources of rural tourism, finally analysis of the development of rural tourism resources elements.Chapter IV is the development of rural tourism destination based on the transfer of resources. First constructs the development model of rural tourism destination based on the transfer of resources, analysis the developing trends and driving forces of rural tourism destination, finally analysis internal friction of this model.Chapter V is the countermeasures to optimize the allocation of resources. This chapter proposes some countermeasures from a system perspective and the technical level to optimize the allocation of resources according to the analyzed of the friction in the developing model.Chapter VI is the conclusions and prospects of this article. Mainly talks about main conclusions of this study, and then pointes out the shortage of this article and direction of future research.
