On the basis of summarizing the practices and experiences of rural anti-poverty and development in Fuling District, especially on the basis of accurate grasp of the poverty situation in rural areas of Fuling District, the characteristics and causes of rural poverty in Fuling district are summarized and analyzed. At the same time, accurately grasp the current situation and problems in Fuling District, and the economic and social development in Fuling District.
