Chinese Rural Labor Thranfer Impact On Cash Circulation

Currency issue, reflow scale and pattern are closely related to the industrial structure and economic development level of a particular region. The relative factors influencing cash issue and reflow complicate. Since 1980's, cash circulation scale has been increasing year by year, the original interlocal cash issue and reflow pattern have been broken. This paper studies the influence of transfer of rural labor force on cash circulation. As an agricultural province, Henan has very prominent scale and effect of labor force transfer. Thus, its influence on cash issue and reflow will be taken as a typical study in this paper, which has a more profound significance.By comprehensively using such methods as theoretical analysis, comparative analysis and typical case, this paper applies massive charts and statistics to specifically analyze the basic law of our country's rural labor force transfer as well as law and characteristics of current circulation of RMB, with focus on exploring the influence of rural people's movement on cash issue reflow. In the author's opinion, the above studies have important significance to solve the problems of total money supply in market circulation and proportion unbalance of RMB classification, to construct a scientific and rational money supply system, to guarantee a rational cash supply and normal circulation order of RMB,and to better serve rural areas and people.This study also provides a significant instruction to deal with current currency issue for the local banks in order that they can better offer a rational cash supply for the market, and adjust RMB classification as well as the neatness of cash circulation environment in rural areas.Finally, the author raises a set of problems caused by the influence of rural labor transfer on cash circulation, and proposes a series of measures and suggestions such as strengthening the investigation on RMB circulation in market, speeding up the construction of payment and settlement web and electronics, popularizing electronic currency, reinforcing the RMB circulation management of financial institutions in rural areas, enhancing the propagation of anti-fake money on targeted people, and the propagation of taking-good care of RMB.
