| Regional variation is a cosmopolitan global problem, which is under the spotlight for a long time. To solve the regional variation, researchers of various countries started to study it. Our country, as the biggest developing country, faces the more serious problem about regional variation. Further more, the special economic systems make "administrative district economy" type of China. In our country, the intra-country is the rudimentary administrative district, which most of people assemble in. Researching the variation of intra-country economies will help us to understand the problem about regional variation further.The intra-countries' villages of Jin Lu Yu are taken as the research object in this paper, and the author selects the indicator of average, median, range, SD, sum of deviation square, Cv, Coefficient of skewness, Kurtosis, utilizes the means of positive analysis and contrastive analysis, describes the feature of Jin Lu Yu's village spread qualitatively and quantitatively, expounds the causes of the feature in brief, and analyses the feature's influence on intra-country mainly. Come to the conclusions, as follows:(1) In the intra-country level, differences of the mean area in the three provinces' villages:Jin>Lu>Yu. For the discrete degree to villages' distribution, Jin>Lu>Yu, Shandong's village is relatively uniform and moderate size, Shanxis' appears polarization; in the township level, the mean area of village remains the same as the intra-countries', the degree of dispersion is increasing, Shandongs' appears significant positive bias.
